Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders arrive in 3–7 business days via UPS. Every order includes a tracking number, sent to you by email when your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Orders under $60: $5.95 flat rate.
• Orders of $60 or more (after discounts): free shipping.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at shopify1primeratienda@gmail.com and we'll help right away.
