We want you to love your Honestead sharpener. If you're not happy with it, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
How to request a refund
- Email us at shopify1primeratienda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We'll reply with the next steps and, if a return is needed, the return address.
- Once your request is approved (and, where applicable, the return is received), we'll issue the refund to your original payment method.
Good to know
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo so we can help.
